Return Policy

Our products are custom made to order. Therefore, we accept returns only on merchandise that is defective.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. You have two options when it comes to a return:

1. A Refund. You will be refunded the purchase price for your item, less any shipping costs.

2. Exchange for a different shirt. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. Send the item that is no longer wanted back for a refund minus shipping.

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return your item in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn and unlaundered. You'll also need to include your transaction number, which can be found on your receipt.

You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Quantity Returns

Returns of 4 or more shirts will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount credited for your return in addition to any shipping fees.
